Celum Tinture is a book recommended by Kote to Bast. Kote references the book several times throughout the frame story as well as once in the chronicle.

Celum Tinture is not a particularly rare book and, as such, is a useful resource for an alchemist exiled from the Archives.[1] According to Kote, the book contains numerous solvent formulae.[2]
