Do you know why they call this place the Rookery? Because it's where you go when you're a'ravin'.
Haven is the University's mental asylum and holds most of the students that have cracked under its tutelage. It goes by multiple names with the most common being The Rookery and The Crockery. At this time, it holds around 350 cracked students, but can hold around 500.
